We have an amazing teaching volunteer program that has been running for 11 years. We have received around 110 volunteers so far with amazing experiences. Benefits all included: accommodation, one meal per day, Spanish lessons, outdoor activities (rock climbing, rappelling, horseback riding). Besides, a teaching training program, Airport pick up, 24x7 support in case of an emergency.

Cost:
The program fee to volunteer with us for four weeks is US$200; and extra weeks for US$50 each. The fee includes accommodation, meals, Spanish classes, outdoor activities, salsa classes, airport pick-up and more.

Exciting programme"I had a lot of fun in Colombia, especially with the students in the school. The small institute lays in a quite modern quarter near to a lot of restaurants and some bars, respectively. The owner of the institute, your potential boss, offers some awesome activities like rock climbing or horseback riding. If you play tennis, you can play with him, for good measure. I also got very helpful Spanish classes from him and he takes you out for drinks as well, if you want. Ibagué itself is not exactly the most exciting city, but I had a bit of time to travel around and I can definitely recommend visiting some other cities as well. Having classes from Monday to Saturday prevented me from doing too much at the weekends, but going out on the Saturdays was always fun. Apart from my improved Spanish I learned a lot about the culture and the people here, what probably would not have been possible in more touristic cities.
