Other information:
Boca de Camichín is a small, rural oyster-fishing community (~2000 inhabitants) on the coast of Nayarit. This is a Spanish immersion experience. Tours are on small boats and any volunteers susceptible to seasickness should bring medication. Whale season is December - March and whale sharks can be seen November - April. Winter months are also a good time to see migratory birds.
