Cost:
Interns can choose a homestay with private room and 3 meals per day (US$145 per week), or a shared/private room in the volunteer house with fully equipped kitchen (US$87 - US$115 per week). Prices include 24 hour in-country support, airport or bus station pickup, Wi-Fi access, and free weekly activities (e.g. salsa lessons, karaoke, quiz nights, etc.). Participants also need to make a weekly US$15 donation which goes directly to support the internship project.
Other information:
We offer other medical internships (doctor's assistant and nursing project, a physiotherapy project, a psychology project, and a dentistry project). Private and group Spanish lessons are available to those that are interested. We also offer tours around Cusco and Puno, including options to visit Peru’s most famous tourist attraction, Machu Picchu.
