The benefits of working with us include: in-depth, interactive cultural experience unattainable by tourists; opportunity to work closely with dynamic, multi-cultural staff; adventure in a country with pristine ecosystems, world-class snorkelling and scuba diving; appreciation for your dedication. There is power and internet access during the day. There are no fees to volunteering with us but basic needs such as travel, insurance, accommodation and food needs to be covered.

We also offer nature and ecotourism activities that contribute to the management of the beautiful and biodiverse Maya Golden Landscape. Visitors can join in on the 'Ranger for a Day' patrol alongside rangers; visit the ‘Mastadon Cave’ that holds the remains of a prehistoric animal; join a farmer to his organic cacao-based agroforestry farm; submerge into the Maya culture, arts and traditional medicine and spiritual healing; get the unique experience of boating down the Golden Stream river and snorkeling at the southern tip of the Belize Barrier Reef System.
