This six month dynamic position offers a valuable opportunity for a long term volunteer to gain extensive experience in NGO/Non-Profit management, project management, community development and volunteer coordination. We are seeking a highly professional, innovative individual to expand our International Volunteer Program. The primary responsibilities of this role include: recruiting International Volunteers; providing a high level of customer service and support to volunteers during their placement and developing short/long term projects in collaboration with volunteers that address the goals and objectives of Seeds of Hope. This is a 6 month free volunteer position exempt from our standard volunteer contribution fee. You will be provided with accommodation in our apartment which includes Wi-Fi access, Netflix, a furnished private room with shared bathroom, reliable hot water, laundry hand-washing facilities and a fully equipped kitchen. Our apartment is located in the heart of the city less than 5 minutes walk from Plaza de Armas. In return we would ask that you honour your initial 6 month commitment to Seeds of Hope and continue to actively promote us as a reputable NGO that empowers local youth and provides meaningful volunteer placement opportunities.
